Competences

The competences of the Phenix Oversight Committee were laid down by article 24 of the Act of 10 August 2005 on the establishment of the Phenix information system.

The Oversight Committee gives its opinion on and supervises the internal and external exchange of data that is necessary for the Belgian legal system to work properly. It can handle complaints and help resolve disputes.
