Competences

The competences of the Sectoral committee of the Federal Authorities were established by article 36bis of the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data.

The Committee authorizes the electronic disclosure of personal data by a federal public service or by a public authority with a legal personality belonging to the federal authorities.
