- three external members;
- three Commission members.
In principle, the Committee meets at the Commission's offices monthly. It has drawn up rules of procedure.
The Committee's President is in charge of daily management and chairs the meetings. He makes sure that the Committee's decisions do not contradict the Commission's position in general. That is why he can suspend a Committee case and submit it to the Commission.
One of the Commission's civil servants is in charge of the secretarial work for the Committee.
The Federal Public Service (FPS) of Economy, SMEs, the Self-Employed and Energy gives legal or technical advice for the treatment of the requests to access or disclose the data in the Crossroads Bank. As provided for by law, the Federal Public Service acts as managing body.
The Committee draws up an annual activity report.
