Competences

The competences of the Sector Committee of the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises were laid down by articles 18 and 27 of the Act of 16 January 2003 on the establishment of the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises.

The Sector Committee of the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises can authorize:

  • access to the information in the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises;
  • the disclosure of that information.

The Committee supervises the application and observation of legislation in the matter.
