Does the Belgian Commission for the protection of privacy have a preference for the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or rather for Binding Corporate Rules or "BCRs"?
The controller is free to choose. Binding Corporate Rules are obviously intended particularly for multinationals wanting to find a legal solution for data transfers within their corporate group.
