Composition

The administration's structure is based on five components:

General Management

  • general direction of services and organization of the activities performed by the Commission's secretariat;
  • representation of the secretariat;
  • assistance to the President/Vice-President.

Staff of the Presidency

The President and Vice-President are assisted by civil servants who are at their immediate disposal and are in charge, among other things, of the secretariat for Commission meetings.

The President acts as spokesperson.

Organization and Resources Management Department

  • assistance in the development of the organization and the realization of management objectives;
  • development of management tools;
  • resources management.

Study and Research Department

Top
  • legal support to the Commission and sectoral committees;
  • preparation of cases: opinions, recommendations, et al;
  • participation in national and international activities;
  • second-line treatment of individual cases;
  • research;
  • knowledge support and documentation.

External Relations Department

  • providing information to the public;
  • keeping the public registers;
  • first-line treatment of complaints;
  • first-line treatment of requests for indirect access;
  • first-line checks;
  • external communication support.
