Not a day goes by without us disclosing our personal data to someone, or better still, our data being checked by others, used for a specific purpose, selected and stored in databases and yes, maybe even abused.
The Commission supervises the use of personal data. You can also contact us for information or complaints. We can assist you in the organization of a data processing operation. To put it briefly, we care about your privacy and are there to help you safeguard that of other people.

Clicking the "Notification" button above will take you to the pages where you can notify processing operations. Since English is not an official language in Belgium, the only languages supported for notifications are French and Dutch.

To find out whether a person has notified a data processing operation, click the "Public Register" button above. The information in the register, too, is only available in French and Dutch.
